The city of Friendswood has multiple free springtime events planned, including concerts in the park, a photo contest, its Youth Fishing Derby and Youth Sports Day, which includes a parade. Youth Sports Day parade A sure sign of spring will arrive March 25, when Friendswood's youth baseball and softball players will be in the spotlight on Youth Sports Day.
