Safe apartment, beautiful grounds,covered parking and they has computers I could use also they accepted package for resident.I like my apartment loaction on the property and the size of my apartment and I also like the gym.Maintenance response was quick.Those are the positives.Refrigerator leaked first week there.Maintainace tried to fix it.It was under warranty so the store/manufacturer fixed it.The vents looked moldy.Asked for it to be cleaned.They brushed out the contents on the bathroom floor don't know what they did with other vents.I had to move because there were roaches everywhère in the apartment.I would take the trash out daily vaccum clean and clean and clean but the roaches kept multipling.I felt like I was trespassing in their space.They were in the refrigerator dishwaher.One fell from the light fixture on ny dining table.Okin came and treated.Roaches went away for a day and then they'd be back.I went to the leasing office until I had enough and told them I was leaving because I can't live with roaches seven months was enought.I was patient with them beacuse I thought they were genuinely trying to get rid of the infestations until I spoke with other residents.I'm from the caribbean and I've never exeperinced that uncomfortable living condition in the Caribbean or other states I lived/visited.
