Being that I HAVE to give them 1 star I did, but I wish negative was a choice. BOTH the LIDS inside Baybrook mall are terrible! We went to one the employee said How y'all doing? And went right behind the counter to continue talking to the other employees there, so we left. I remembered seeing another one in the mall for whatever reason they need 2 so we decided to give them a try. When we walked in there was a lady who clearly worked there behind the register talking and showing a man something on the phone, so we're thinking it's a customer asking for help, nope! After they were done he walked towards us and were thinking to see if we need anything, nope! He goes right to all the hats he left on the floor to continue to put them on the racks, and the lady behind the register didn't say sh@& either. So I said loudly, wow! 2 locations here in the mall and they both suck! We were going to get a couple customized hats but we gladly gave our money to the guy at the hat kiosk who was more than happy to help us. I won't ever be going to Lids again sad to say. That was my first time in and it was terrible.
