AT&T in Friendswood, Texas

If there was a minus -5 star I would give them. The worst customer service I have ever had and I would never recommend this store to anyone. Later I figured out that they are not even official AT&T Store and they just sell stuff under AT& T brand. They pushed me to buy an iPhone X + Apple Watch and I ended up buying both and The "Manager" said the bill per month will be around 150$ after tax and gave me a case for iPhone X which made me happy. But that's not end the story. I received a bill more than 200$ and I already had receipt for 200$ for activation. And I called 611 line to know what's going on with my bill and after everything we talked on the line I figured out those employees in AT&T in Bay Brooke Mall even lied to me and just gave me that case and charged me but in fact they told me that iPhone x comes with case. Additionally, I asked for apple watch stainless steel version and again He "the manager" assured me that's the type I wanted and after I got home and I see the watch's color is completely different. I called them about a week, every day in the morning but no answer AT ALL!!!! If you are reading this review right now please just call their local store phone line you will never reach them or they are that type of people who don't want to solve or listen to any complaint. My advice is never purchase anything from that store or if you decide to get something from there be careful as they are ready to tell you anything just to sell their products.
