ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Let me start of by saying I am a die-hard Apple customer, and I love there products, but man do they need to fix there customer service. I am a high-school student who literally does everything in his laptop (entertainment, homework, and etc.), and if it just stops working for even a day, I am screwed, and that is what happened. My 6 month old Mac book pro just decided to call a quits and won’t turn on. Now, obviously the first thing I do is go to the Apple store. Trying to be smart I tired to make a appointment (didn’t work), trying to be smart again went early in the morning to set up an appointment later in the day (didn’t work), trying to be smart went 4 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSE, and still THAT DIDN’T WORK. You may have caught onto the pattern. All they say is take an appointment for next week, WHAT!?! By next week I will be failing high school (does I can’t do any of my work). What am I supposed to do, one reason I buy Apple products is because I have the ability to go to a store if anything needs to get fixed, well I guess not anymore. Take my advice and just hope your product doesn’t break does if it does your screwed.
