As one would expect, since stepping on the Friendswood High School campus on March 20, Jordan Johnson has been emphatic in his plans for the Mustangs football program. At Denton Guyer, Friendswood's newest head football coach was an integral part of a staff which coached its teams to two state finals along with appearances in the state semifinals and quarterfinals the past four years. Whether that happens at Friendswood, Johnson has let it be known that there are no shortcuts to success. 'So far, we have changed the look and feel of our offseason football program,' Johnson said.
