Across the world of college football the traditional powerhouse programs have all loaded up on commitments this summer.Alabama, Notre Dame, Miami, Oklahoma, Florida and many others have, at times, snatched the label of "nation's hottest recruiter" over the past few months.But while the USC Trojans have built a top-15 nationally-ranked recruiting class, the summer months have been relatively quiet - with just two additional commitments in the month of July (Louisiana four-star linebacker Tackett Curtis and Washington offensive lineman Micah Banuelos).
